Boston, MA - With the seat still warm, the Red Sox have named Zack Scott the President of Baseball Operations. Scott, who enters his 16th year with the club, spent the entirety of last season as the Senior Vice President/Assistant General Manager. His tenure began in 2004, as an intern in baseball operations. He rose through the ranks quickly, becoming the Assistant Director of Baseball Operations a mere two years later; spending the next six years in the position.

Boston, MA - Less than three months removed from their World Series victory, the Red Sox have decided to part ways with President of Baseball Operations Dave Dombrowski, who had been in the role for only two years. During his short tenure, Dombrowski compiled an overall record of 201-123, a first round playoff exit in 2017, as well as the aforementioned World Series Championship. |
